Bill Knapp's evokes memories of comfort foods. People stopped going to their eateries as they had become filthy holes with self-centered servers. They never stopped craving the biscuits, au gratin potatoes, chocolate cake, vegetable or bean soups, or the kiddie menu's Elephant or Giraffe. Those of us who still know our way around a kitchen would like to know how to pass this legacy of fat laden fare to our grandchildren. I'd guess that this might be a good place to seek out fellow humans with enough cranial power to have mastered the recipes used to create the dishes they used to crank out without having to deal with morons who can do no more than open a cake mix box and say that 'it's just like BK's!' What's the matter? You don't have a favorite food from a favorite place to eat???
